Edalitics allows individuals and organisations to analyse their data in a simple, clear, and accessible way — no technical expertise required. Edalitics is available in different plans, from a free shared service to fully private enterprise servers.

2. Edalitics Free — Shared Service

The free plan of Edalitics runs on a shared server designed for individual users and small teams who want to explore and analyse their data easily. This shared environment is intended for personal or moderate analytical use. Edalitics free does not offer any guarantee of server availability, response times, or performance levels.

3. Private and Enterprise Plans

4. Data Hosting and Applicable Law

All data uploaded to Edalitics is hosted on servers located in Europe. The regulations of the European Union apply to all data stored and processed within the platform, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. User Responsibility for Data

Users are solely responsible for the data they upload to Edalitics. Jortilles assumes no responsibility for the nature, accuracy, or legality of the data uploaded by users. By using this service, the user declares that they have the right to use and upload such data.

If Jortilles detects that data uploaded to the platform is fraudulent, illegal, or violates these terms, Jortilles reserves the right to cancel the user's subscription and permanently delete the associated data, without prior notice and without any compensation.

6. Privacy and Data Commercialisation

Jortilles collects user data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Edalitics service. Jortilles will never sell or commercialise the personal data of its users to third parties. Jortilles reserves the right to process usage data in aggregate, anonymous form to improve the platform.

7. Special Conditions of Edalitics Free

• The free plan is intended for individual users or teams with moderate analytical needs.
• Data may be private or public, always under the full responsibility of the user.
• Users on the free plan cannot create user groups or manage access permissions on shared data.
• If you need to share private dashboards or manage user permissions, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
• Jortilles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free service at any time.
